So I skipped P90X Sunday & Monday. Did Plyometrics on Tuesday, and skipped Shoulders and Arms tonight.
Running was great tonight:) I actually didn't run with my regular pace group, but instead met a really nice lady who was just starting her run so I invited her to run with Jason and I- and I had a lot of fun!
She might even start running with us regularly:)
Which would be nice, I like it when people like the same things I do.

I was thinking recently that you might be over training. Dialing back a bit might be a good idea.
I'm glad you feel better! It's frustrating when the thing you love to do and is your stress reliever is giving you stress!
