Eating healthy will kill you

Well, I managed to fix all that wasted work on the baby sweater...I think.

I just counted my current row and it seems "off".  I put it down and will take a closer look later.

Yesterday's run was abysmal.

I was supposed to do a Tempo run.

I planned on doing a Tempo run. (I even made sure my Garmin really was charged.)

I did NOT do a Tempo run.

I did walk 5 times on the 5 mile route.

It was truly pathetic on my part.

The last three days I've been concentrating on eating "cleaner".  No super clean, because I'm not willing to give up my cupcakes but "cleaner'".

Judging from the compete bonking on the run I'm guessing I didn't do a good job at fueling my run.  My stomach just felt empty.  I didn't even want to drink any water.

My average per mile?  8:43  I was supposed to run 7:30 per mile.  I CAN run 7:30 per mile.  I HAVE run 7:30 per mile.

I wasted a perfectly good sunny day of running by not eating enough before I went running.

I was wondering what my problem was with my running so slowly now. I just need to eat more! What a great plan! I think I can really get in to running again. I wonder how fast I will be running when I weigh more than 200#? :)
