Let's get dirty! Dirty Dash entry give away!

Early registration for the South Sound Dirty Dash started earlier this week and it's time to start putting together my team!

Dirty Dash has kindly given me two comp entries to give away and I have kindly decided to be fair and share the wealth. I will need to register you with me at the same time, although I don't think you need to be in my wave.

For one entry into the random drawing, "Like" The Dirty Dash on FB, for another comment on this post.  For another share the link to my blog on FB. For a third entry tell me your favorite race in the area.

I'm drawing TONIGHT at 10pm

We had an amazing time the first year they cam to the Puget Sound area in 2012.

A "during" photo.  They give out beer or rootbeer while you're out on the course!

We had a fantastic time.  Devin, George and I were ganging up on each other and dumping mud on each other and rubbing it in!  In some places the mud is mid calf deep and we were slipping and sliding all over the place in our efforts to attach and then run away:)

Mayumi and Alice!

Mayumi was a trouper!  She wasn't all that sure about purposefully getting yourself covered in mud, but she went along with the group.  AND she did every single obstacle! Even though she's about 5 feet tall and several of the obstacles were made for taller people.  Team work!

So when Dirty Dash 2013 came around we KNEW we wanted to do it again!  With even MORE friends!

We dressed up as the flinstones/caveman.  Chrissy and I were dinosaurs!  Our tails even float!

Heather and I being awesome

Awesome, Right?  I filled the tail with plastic bags so it FLOATED!

Hmmm. My favorite race. I guess my favorite has to be Cap City because I plan my running year around it and I like to support local events.

My favorite local race is definitely the Dirty Dash because it's one of the few mud races that allow your teenage kids to run too. Looking forward to it.

I believe my favorite run is the Seattle Marathon.
