I think I figured it out

Apparently I can't tell the difference between dry air and humid air.

I'm basing this on my run yesterday. When Amy and I started out I would have sworn the air was really dry...then we hit the Chehalis Trail and it was like entering a swamp. A hot, and humid swamp. I think the reason I said I liked humidity was because in the South, it's really the only option. The air is NEVER dry. So I was always right.

I thought I was going to die.

Plus for the first time ever my hair band fell off the end of my braid while I was running. I was a little impressed with myself because I was able to take the band off my Garmin and put it in my hair AND put my Garmin back on, all while still running.
Oh, and holding my water bottle in my mouth.

I just checked my Garmin info and I seem to have screwed up my lap markers because it counted all 5 tempo miles as one lap.

Those are some impressive maneuvering while running skills! I just found your blog (from Amy's) So are you running the St George with her and going for a BQ time there? That is so cool!!! Good luck!

You left a comment on my blog about a scarf, but I don't have your email address to reply to you, so I am leaving a message here instead. The scarf doesn't have a pattern. The middle design is just stitch pattern from the book "Big Book of Knitting Stitch Patterns" and I added extras stitches on the side, beginning, and end. Thank you for your interest!
